    Weifang Shenghe's aquatic weed harvesters are suitable for various aquatic environments, including the removal of reeds, weeds, water hyacinths, duckweed, and floating garbage.

    Our harvesters are designed to be robust and durable, with easy operation, efficiently clearing a range of aquatic plants and debris, and providing a clean solution for water bodies.

     1. The aquatic weed harvesters are hydraulically driven with reciprocating knives mounted on the harvesting head to cut the aquatic weed.

     2. The weed is then transferred from the front conveyor through middle conveyor to the storage hold,with the water filtrated during the tranportating.

     3. The storage conveyors are gradually filled up with tightly packed plants and this harvested weed is then transferred to the shoreline or into a dump truck via a shore conveyor.

Wheel	The aquatic weed harvester is driven by lightweight wheels, avoidinggetting stuck by weeds or floating debris, ensuring smooth operation.
Hull	The hull made from high-quality materials to withstand various water conditions and ensure long-term use.     Bottom plate thickness: 5mm, Side plate thickness: 5mm, Deck thickness: 4mm.     Except for the 6-meter model, all other aquatic weed harvesters are equipped with back storage that can automatically load and unload.
	Our boats are coated with three layers of anti-corrosion paint, with larger models over 14 meters featuring four layers. For offshore use, we add anti-corrosion zinc blocks and apply specialized anti-corrosion paint to ensure maximum protection in harsher marine environments.
Front Collect Arm	The harvesting head is equipped with hydraulically driven reciprocating stainless steel blades, used for cutting weeds, water hyacinths, reeds, and other plant stems.     If it is a salvage ship only used for garbage, the front arm is designed as a collection arm.
Operating Room	The aquatic weed harvester comes with a control room, allowing the entire cutting, collecting, and unloading process to be easily operated by a single person.
