Land Mining Machinery Working Principle

        The separation principle of alluvial gold primarily relies on gravity separation to recover the majority of gold and its associated heavy minerals from the raw ore. Subsequently, a combination of gravity separation, flotation, amalgamation, magnetic separation, and electric separation is used to separate gold from the heavy minerals further, achieving the goal of comprehensive recovery.

Processing

1. Raw Ore Processing:
   
           The raw ore is fed into the trommel screen for washing to remove minor clay and separate gravel or stones that do not contain gold. These unwanted materials are transferred away via the belt conveyor.

2. Gold Recovery with Jig Machine and Sluice Box:

   • The jig machine captures larger gold particles or nuggets ranging from 2-20mm.
   • A sluice box is used as a backup to recover any gold particles or nuggets that may escape with the tailings.
   • The sluice box can be customized to different dimensions based on requirements, such as 2m, 4m, or 6m lengths with widths of 1m or 0.5m, etc.

3. Fine Separation with Shaking Table:
   
   The concentrates from the jig machine are further processed on the shaking table for enhanced separation.
   
   Since the concentrates still contain some sand, the shaking table effectively separates the gold from the sand, ensuring a high recovery rate.

 The process and function of gold washing plant.
 

The gold washing plant consists of four parts:
1. A feeding system,
2. A screening system,
3. A gold recovery system,
4. A tailing recovery system.
 

5. Accessories: water pump, high pressure water gun, diesel generator, electric control pannel, cables &wires, water pipes, connection chutes , Corridor fence, high steel frame.

       

1. The feeding system is a hopper. Raw materials can be fed into the hopper manually, by a loader, or by an excavator. We can add steel bars to the hopper to block large rocks. These large rocks will then be transported to the stockpile via conveyor.

2. The Screen system is the twist classification-screen, which include a clay scrubber and a trommel screen.

-The scrubber breaks down the yellow sticky clay by high pressure water. 
-Trommel separates materials by size. The mesh size of the trommel screen can be customized to your needs. 

3. The gold recovery system consists of Jigger, Centrifugal gold separator, Pulsating Sluice box and Fixed Sluice box.

-The jigger works by separating minerals in pulsating up and down water flow, heavier minerals sink to the bottom layer, while lighter ones stay on top.
-The centrifugal gold separator works by spinning at high speed to generate centrifugal force dozens of times stronger than gravity, forcing heavy particled (like gold) to settle rapidly.
-The pulsating sluice box receives materials from the jigger and centrifugal separator that has been processed by a centrifugal and separates materials based on different in density, gold down to the bottom.
-The fixed sluice box with gold carpet installed acts as a "safety net" for washing away, ensuring gold recovery rate. And we can put mesh cover on the sluice box to ensure the safety of the minerals.

4. Then we get mixed minerals (gold and diamond) and tailing.

*The tailing will enter primary settling pond, then a secondary settling pond, finally we can get clarified water and sediment. Or the tailing can also be discharged directly.  

-The clarified water can be discharged into the water source such as rivers, lakes, or recycled back into the washing system.
-The sediment can be enter the hopper to be recycled to improve gold recovery gold.

*The mixed minerals will be processed into gold/diamond or other ore concentrate through shaking table and other processes.
