SHENGHE Automatic Algae Salvage Ship / Seagrass Collecting Harvester/Seabed Plant Harvesting Machine is the most professional tool to remove aquatic plant from river, lake creeks or some other inland waterways. It's equipped with horizental cutting knife to cut the grass in the water. And the vertical knife to cut the grass connections. With the aquatic weed harvester going forward and the running converyor belt, the cut aquatic weed can be transported to the storage cabin. When the storage cabin is full, the machine will sail to the bank or some barges to discharge the aquatic plant out. One SHENGHE AQUATIC WEED HARVESTER is at least 10 times harvesting efficiency than by hand. Only one worker is enough to operate the machine!
1. The sesbed aquatic plant harvester can remove aquatic plant sea bottom completely, including the root. It is equipped with a bobbing cutter to dig aquatic plant from the seabed. The length of the teeth on the cutter is 20cm. It can digsesgrass root from 20cm depth of the sand. The aquatic plant will be cllected by the front chain belt and stored by the back chain belt. When the back chain belt is full, the machine will sail to the bank or some barges to discharge the aquatic plant out.
2. When working, the hobbing cutter will go under the water and rotate on the surface of the seabed. During running, the curved cutters will dig the sand and remove the sea weed. The paddle wheel can control the machine to move forward or back or turn around in proper speed. When not working, the hobbing cutter will be pulled up on the surface of water by hydraulic winch.
The water weed harvester with packing is equipped with baler on the automatic water weed harvester. It adopts full hydraulic system, integrating walking, harvesting, fishing, transportation, packaging, storage and transportation, with good control performance. It is widely used to compress, pack and store water plants and garbage on board.
