Product Description
1. Aquatic plant harvester introduce:
The aquatic grass harvesting charter ship is composed of power system, walking system, hydraulic system, electrical system, packing system, transmission system, hoisting system, etc.
* The whole group composed of power machine and power group.
* Walking system. It is composed of hydraulic motor, control valve, throttle valve and walking wheel.
* Hydraulic system. Hydraulic drive system, the hydraulic pump is controlled by the cutting machine, and through the combined type, the actuators such as receiving, salvaging, conveying, and lifting are driven.
* Electrical system. Using 24Vv DC AC and 380 AC.
* (Optional) Packing system .The hydraulic pump is driven by the motor, the packing oil cylinder is controlled by the control valve to complete the packing operation, and the packing port is automatically switched on and off by the hydraulic cylinder.
* Delivery system. It is made of stainless steel conveyor belt, hydraulic conveyor, conveying raw materials such as aquatic plants and garbage to the machine.

| 1.Shenghe aquatic plant harvesters are hydraulically driven with reciprocating knives mounted on the harvesting head to cut the aquatic vegetation. 2.The vegetation is then transferred from the front conveyor to the storage hold,with the water filtrated during the transportation. 3.The storage conveyors are gradually filled up with tightly packed plants and this harvested weed is then transferred to the shoreline or into a dump truck via a shore conveyor. |
