| Land-Use Sand Mining Processing Plant Working Principle |
The separation principle of alluvial gold primarily relies on gravity separation to recover the majority of gold and its associated heavy minerals from the raw ore. Subsequently, a combination of gravity separation, flotation, amalgamation, magnetic separation, and electric separation is used to separate gold from the heavy minerals further, achieving the goal of comprehensive recovery.

Raw Ore Processing:
The raw ore is fed into the trommel screen for washing to remove minor clay and separate gravel or stones that do not contain gold. These unwanted materials are transferred away via the belt conveyor.

Gold Recovery with Jig Machine and Sluice Box:
- The jig machine captures larger gold particles or nuggets ranging from 2-20mm.
- A sluice box is used as a backup to recover any gold particles or nuggets that may escape with the tailings.
- The sluice box can be customized to different dimensions based on requirements, such as 2m, 4m, or 6m lengths with widths of 1m or 0.5m, etc.
- Also we add an extra fixed chute bed to prolong the processing, remain as much gold as possible.

Fine Separation with Shaking Table:
The concentrates from the jig machine are further processed on the shaking table for enhanced separation.
Since the concentrates still contain some sand, the shaking table effectively separates the gold from the sand, ensuring a high recovery rate.
