1. Bucket chain mining dredger description:

Bucket Chain Dredger is used in the river lake mining tailing and shallow water, for purpose recovery alluvial gold  diamond and tin from river sand. Bucket river mining dredger is a product of deformation of sand dredger. Increase the height of sand discharge, so will have sufficient space for the installation of ore concentration equipment, these equipment extract gold from the sand.
The dredger is used for dredging sand and gold mining in river. It dredges sand in the river bottom by digging bucket, transported to the trommel for screening, big stone is drain away, fine gold placer is transported to gold chute that distributed in both side of the hull gold mining.

2.Bucket chain river mining dredger structure :

The dredging bucket rotates around the underwater dredging wheel, scooping up the solid in the riverbed, then trommel classifier, with single layer or double layer screens, will separate the gravels, clay balls, water plants with need sand. The find sand with fine gold & gold nuggests will be finished selection by the gold centrifuge,pulsating sluice box and fixed sluice box. After 3 process of gold panning, the gold recovery percentage can be upto 90%.
