Product Description

aquatic plant harvester introduce :

1.The aquatic weed harvesters are hydraulically driven with reciprocating knives mounted on the harvesting head to cut the aquatic weed.
2.The weed is then transferred from the front conveyor through middle conveyor to the storage hold,with the water filtrated during the tranportating.
3.The storage conveyors are gradually filled up with tightly packed plants and this harvested weed is then transferred to the shoreline or into a dump truck via a shore conveyor.

Main parts: 
1.The structure of the mowing boat is mainly composed of the mowing part, the separation part of aquatic plants, the lifting part of aquatic plants, the conveying part and the hull part.
2. The mowing part includes the mowing arm, chain, bucket, four-corner rotating wheel, reducer, marine gear box, arm support square frame, mechanical transmission and other parts.
3.The separation part of aquatic plants is mainly composed of rolling screen and mechanical transmission.
4.The lifting part includes supporting frame, double lifting frame, pulley, hoist and so on.
5.The conveying part of the mowing boat is composed of conveying rods, conveying belts, rotating drums, mechanical transmissions, etc.

1.Aquatic weed harvesters are fitted with a pick up conveyor at the forward end of the machine, which can be lowered up to six feet deep to cut weeds.
2. One horizontal and two vertical cutter bars sever the vegetation as the machine moves forward through the water, and, when the storage hold becomes full, the weed harvester returns to shore to unload.

1.At the bottom of the harvester is  arranged the a pair of horizental cutter , at the both size there are a pair of  vertical cutter , a set of mechanical collection wheels , it can not only harvester water aquatic plant but also clean the floater the surface of the water ( float garbage )

2. The cabin of the collection before is responsable for the collection of the water plant and float barbage then transmit to the in the middle cabin is warehouse for unloading and storage.
