Product Description

1.Shenghe aquatic weed harvester is usually used in river,  reservoir, canal and coasts for cutting, collecting, storing and transporting, water grass and floating garbage. 
2.All the equipment of the ship can work automatically and can save much labor force for its high efficiency.
3.Its hull consists two side pontoons.  All the other equipment, including operation room, conveyor belting cabin, engine, are fixed by bolts.  It is to be easy to dismantle for transportation by road, rail or water, and easy to reassemble at project site.
4.The machine is driven by paddle wheel instead of the screw propeller, which can make sure the wheel is not entangled by the underwater weed.  
5.The system is perfectly optimized so that the machine can work efficiently.

Main parts: 
1.The structure of the mowing boat is mainly composed of the mowing part, the separation part of aquatic plants, the lifting part of aquatic plants, the conveying part and the hull part.
2.The mowing part includes the mowing arm, chain, bucket, four-corner rotating wheel, reducer, marine gear box, arm support square frame, mechanical transmission and other parts.
3.The separation part of aquatic plants is mainly composed of rolling screen and mechanical transmission.
4.The lifting part includes supporting frame, double lifting frame, pulley, hoist and so on.
5.The conveying part of the mowing boat is composed of conveying rods, conveying belts, rotating drums, mechanical transmissions, etc.

1.Aquatic weed harvesters are fitted with a pick up conveyor

at the forward end of the machine, which can be lowered

up to six feet deep to cut weeds.

2. One horizontal and two vertical cutter bars sever the

vegetation as the machine moves forward through the

water, and when the storage hold becomes full, the weed

harvester returns to shore to unload.
